FAQ’s

  • What exactly do you do?

I guide families through rest, regulation, and reconnection. I provide Integrated Infant Sleep support and help mothers reconnect with their intuition. My approach blends science with ancestral wisdom, giving you a grounded understanding of what’s biologically normal and what your baby needs.

I help you navigate sleep struggles, support your nervous system, and create rhythms that honor both your baby’s development and your own wellbeing so you feel resourced, regulated and supported every step of the way.

  • Is this like sleep training?

No. Integrated Infant Sleep support is fundamentally different from sleep training.

I can teach you and support you in meeting your baby where they are. No crying it out, no “gentle sleep training”, or endless tips like “drowsy but awake.” Instead, this is science informed, and soul-guided sleep support for the mothers that know their baby needs closeness, responsiveness, and nurture.

Together, we’ll explore your unique dynamic through multiple lenses — biological, relational, spiritual, and nervous system based — so you feel informed, supported, and deeply aligned with your instincts.

  • Where did you get your knowledge?

From my own lived experience as a mother and supporting women in my life. I also mentored with Brittany Chambers of Good Night Moon Child in her first cohort of Integrated Infant Sleep Practitioners. She has been doing this work for several years and was mentored by two incredible leaders in the field — Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum and Dr. Rocio Zunini.

I may pursue a formal lactation certification in the future so I can provide comprehensive lactation support. My learning is ongoing, always rooted in research, intuition, and deep respect for mothers and babies.

  • Do you work with co-sleeping families?

Yes — wholeheartedly. I bedshare with almost 2 year old, so I deeply understand the beauty and challenges with this choice.

I support all sleep arrangements, including bedsharing, room sharing, and gentle transitions. My role is to help you make informed decisions that honor the mother-baby dyad and everyone’s wellbeing.

  • What ages do you work with?

I support mothers and families from pregnancy through toddlerhood. If your baby is a newborn, or you are still expecting, we can work together to set foundations rooted in connection and realistic expectations.

  • What signs tell me something deeper might be affecting my baby's sleep?

Some signs can point to underlying challenges that may need extra support — things like open-mouth breathing, snoring, feeding struggles, oral ties, or reflux. During our time together, I look at the whole picture with you.

If anything suggests the need for a deeper assessment, I’ll refer you to the appropriate provider while continuing to support you through the process. Even as you navigate evaluations or treatments, I’m here to help you understand, adjust, and feel supported.
